Making curtains help plz?

hiya just wondring does anyone know what the name of the white thing is that u attach hooks to? not the rail and not tab top curtains but the curatins that kinda scrunches at the top, the thing I need the name of has string init that u pull that scruches the curtains together anyone know? sorry im a dumbass :) xxx
