REALLY NEED SOME ADVICE RABBITS.?

need some advice quick! i bought a rabbit a choc lionhead but it was already pregnant which i only found out:(. i've been into her cage today and she's pulled fur out etc. some of her sawdust is red. &i think it's blood cos none of her food has anything red init. &i looked in the corner of her cage. and there was these two small lumps of tissue like hard i've checked her down there. but it all looks normal . i'm really worried. is this a sign of her going to birth? i've been in the garden all day today and not seen any baby rabbits being born, my other rabbit what had babies was totally fine! had no problems with her. i'm very very worried about galaxy. i do have picture of the lumpy things i found.
