Motorcycle Value , Is this Worth 350 Dollars?

If it has a title, it's a great price on a bike that should be easy to work on, and not too hard to find parts for. Clean it up and get it running perfectly, and you can probably make a little money on it when you're done. If I saw that on the side of the road for $350 I would have it on my trailer in a second.
