Friend issues. Help me.?

First off, let me say that I feel like a total douche-bag. Second off, let me say that I am really stupid, and I need some help to get out of this mess. So, what happened was I was on a Minecraft server, and I kept griefing, until they banned me. I asked the kid, who is one of my closest friends to let me back on and I wouldnt grief anymore. So he let me on, and I didn't grief,but I kept using the fly mod. He asked why I lied to him, and I left the server. I will get back to this story in a second. So then, later that day, another one of my closest friends had left hs account logged in. My freind gave me the last login on the computer, and I went home, went on his favorite server, and griefed everything. So I guess he found out, and is very VERY angry at me. I tried to call him on the phone but he hung up right when I talked. I tried again, but the same thing happened. Now I don't know what to do. These are two of my closest friends, and they hate me. I don't really know why I did the things I did. I feel like a real douche. I feel like a jerk. How should I make it up to them or say sorry. I don't know what to do, and I hate the things I did. I don't have a clue why I did them because these kdis are my friends, but now I don't have any idea on how I should handle the problem. Please help me.
