How to get girlfriend out of control?

both 16, been together nearly 2 years. i used to be the one in control, but lately its her, i hate it, its like when i try to stop it, it ends up in us arguing, the only thing i could think of is ignoring her when she goes in moods. what else can i do to level out the control or put me init?
