Init it crazy that in English prisons, you are allowed to share a cell with family?

weird lol but from reading the sun yesterday i think its redicilouse that the new is upgrading with a gym swimming pool sports room and games room with consols its a prison not a holiday camp no wonder ppl commit crime if thats how you get treated
