Is it safe to live in Ciudad Juarez??? plz help i might move there?

I currently live in El Paso, Texas and I might have to move to Juarez, I am 13 years old so idk what i would do over the summer there... I am fluent in Spanish and I am Hispanic, I am a American citizen and I have lived here all my life, There is a big drug war going on over there and I am extremely scared of having to move... I have a lot of friends that go over there over the weekends and vacations to visit there family and they come back to school well and alive, but I am still scared and honestly El Paso is a clean safe city and juarez is like well u know... plz helpp
